Evan Peder Engbaek

March 16, 1999 ~ July 25, 2017 (age 18) 18 Years Old

Evan Peder Engbaek
March 16, 1999 -  July 25, 2017

Tragically, on July 25th, 2017 in Gimli, Mb. and just as his life was beginning our son Evan was taken from us far too soon.
He was predeceased by his grandfather Olaf "Ollie" Engbaek where his love of motorcycles started. Also his great grandmother Ann Kerr and uncle Robert.
He leaves behind his spirit to be kept alive by his mom and dad, Leah and Peder; brother Dylan (Sam); sister Chassi-Lea (John DePaulo); grandparents Pat and Ken Taylor; surrogate mom Lori (Mike) Senden and his forever friends Alex Anniuk, Blaze Senden, Jordan and Evan Woytowich,  Nick Olyarnyk; his asshole dog Louie; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Evan had a love for motorcycles and at a young age he would sneak out to the garage to sit on his dad's motorcycle. He couldn't wait to get picked up from daycare as soon as he could touch the pegs. He got his first dirt bike at the age of 4 and would rip all over the floodway. He raced motocross for years, that was what made him really happy. Evan was the most respectful child and man, loved cooking and could make a tasty meal out of nothing. He was also gifted with the art of making people laugh and could bust a move as soon as his song came on. Our son was a very loving and caring person. He was learning life, however a life that ended senselessly.
A special thank you to Kim Karvelson, auntie Ann Hutchison, Rob Hutchison and Rod Gromniski for all their support.
A private family and friends celebration of his life will be held.

On the edge of the pier
           Watch the sunset disappear
                  And drink a beer"
