John Sheldon Reykdal

On the morning of July 22,2017 surrounded by his family at home in Winnipeg Beach, MB, John Sheldon Reykdal passed away after a brief battle with cancer.
He leaves to mourn, his one true love, his wife of 35 years, Jeanne, along with their children Dawn Olinyk (Allan), Jennifer Darknell (Tim), Graham and Derek (his girlfriend Tai) as well as John's 3 grandsons Carter, Jack, and Deacon; siblings Faye and Dave (Noreen) and sister-in-law Ella; also many family, friends and business associates. John was predeceased by his parents Connie and John Reykdal; brother Gord and brother-in-law Wilbert.
Memorial Service to be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, MB.
In lieu of flowers donation can be sent to Cancercare Research Manitoba, Gimli snow trackers or Gimli animal shelter.
