Bradley Pawluk Obituary

Bradley Ernest Joseph Pawluk

Peacefully at home Brad Pawluk passed away on July 17, 2018 at the age of 60.

Brad will be deeply missed by his wife of 37 years Sharon; daughters Ashley (Johan) and Chantal (Jeff); his grandsons and little buddies Harlan and Hudsen.  He is survived by his parents Phyllis and Ernie; brothers Todd (Norma) and Scott (Lynne); mother-in-law Irene Demchuk; sister-in-law Darlene (Orie); brothers-in-law Dennis (Pat), Bernie (Kelli); and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.  Brad was predeceased by his father-in-law Ben.

Brad was born on September 9, 1957 in Selkirk, Manitoba.  Brad was raised on his family farm and never shied away from hard work.  He dedicated his working career to the R.M. of St. Andrews where he retired after 38 years.

Brad had a passion for hunting, fishing and working in his garden.  He enjoyed spending time in his garage having corporate meetings with his numerous buddies, his new hobby mudbogging where he took his knack for cooking with him on the road.  He loved having sleepovers with his grandchildren making them his infamous flapjacks and taking them fishing, quading and for lawnmower rides.  Brad always looked forward to the annual meat cutting and bacon smoking events and was delighted to pass on his passion and love for the things he enjoyed with his grandchildren. He never stopped learning from his parents and recently had a headcheese lesson from his mom to add to his recipe book.

Brad had a special place for his daughters. Chantal was known as his “little sidekick” who had all the same passions in life and he would always proudly say “that’s my boy”. Ashley took the longtime family tradition of camping to the next level and was her official firewood provider. She would look forward to the rumbling of his truck stopping by the camper.

Sharon and Brad are high school sweethearts and she will be forever grateful to have had such a compassionate and loving partner so early in their lives.  Brad…I feel blessed to have had this time with you to raise our family and enjoy our grandchildren together.   Remember Brad it is not good bye it is see you later.

Brad will always be in our hearts and will continue hunting, fishing and loving every day.

Dad you are amazing and we will love you forever and always.
