Georgina Elizabeth Shackleford (nee Loney) passed into the arms of her savior on April 29, 2018.
 
She was predeceased by her loving husband Dennis; sister Verla and her great-granddaughter Ella.
 
Memories of her will be shared by her 3 sons Kent (Jill), Dale (Brenda) and Alan (Loida); grandchildren Alanna, Michael, Marlo, AJ, Kelly and Jodi; great-grandchildren Wyatt, Korbin and Chelsea. Memories will also be shared by Jill's family.
 
Georgina enjoyed a long rewarding career teaching kindergarten in Selkirk and raising her 3 sons.
 
The family are forever grateful for the professional loving care given at Red River Place.
 
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the life and work of the Selkirk United Church in Georgina's name, C/O 202 McLean Ave. Selkirk, MB, R1A 0Z6.
 
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Selkirk United Church with Rev. Cole Grambo officiating.
