"My eyes have seen wonderful sunrises over the lake,
The faces of my beautiful grand-daughters, and the love in the eyes of a woman.
Now burn what is left and scatter my ashes so new life may grow.
If you must bury something, let it be my faults and my weaknesses.
If you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone you love.
If you do as I ask, my life was worthwhile."
A celebration of life will be held in Gerry’s memory on Tuesday, 2:00pm, August 8, 2017 at
Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundations or the charity of one’s choice.
