Peacefully on July 10th at Betel Home our wife, mother, grandmother, and sister quietly passed away.

Lou was born and raised in Selkirk. She married Adrian in 1962 and started her 56 year journey of the rest of her life. She fulfilled her greatest dream of raising her two very important boys Brent and Greg.  She then returned to the workforce for Neskar Jewellers then Loveday Mushroom Farms, later spending precious time with the apple of her eye, grandson Kyle.

After being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in her 76th year, she proceeded to make the best of her next four years with Adrian's caring love and support, when finally one morning the Lord said "your struggle is over, come live with me and I will find you rest". A very special thank you to the nursing staff at Betel Home for their exceptional care given to LouLou in her five short months with them.

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 13, at 1:00 p.m. in the Notre Dame Roman Catholic Church in Selkirk, MB.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Manitoba Alzheimer's Society or a charity of your choice.
