Beverley Joyce Hodson

Peacefully, on November 15, 2019 our mom, Beverley Joyce Hodson, passed away.

She will be sadly missed by daughters Anya Miller (Darren) and Elizabeth Pearson (‘L’); grandsons Patrick (Ester) and Evan Hofmann and step-granddaughter Jamie Zoroneck-Miller; sisters Sylvia Znack and Lorraine Best (Rich); brother James Znack (Helen).

  Predeceased by parents Michael and Grace Znack; sister Shirley Campigotto (Rick) and William (Billy) Znack.

  Beverley grew up in the small town of Libau, MB. Once a teenager, she decided to move to Winnipeg, where she started her career as a server, which lasted over 40 years. She retired from Rae and Jerry’s Steakhouse, where she was employed for over 15 years. She made many friends and enjoyed her time there.

  Some of her past times were flowers, playing cards and enjoying the sun on her deck. Also, she had a love for animals, especially her cat, Pumpkin.

  Many thanks go out to the numerous people who took care of our mom at St. Boniface and HSC CancerCare units. Also, Grace Hospice made mom feel comfortable in her last days.

  Memorial service will be held on April 28, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline St. Selkirk, MB.
