Blaine Mitchell Cory Hocaluk

July 10, 1981 – April 9, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Blaine, at the age of 42.

Blaine was predeceased by his mother Geraldine in 2001, his great grandparents John and Gladys Hocaluk, grandparents Lawrence and Doreen Hocaluk, and grandfather Peter Beeson.

Left to cherish his memory is his son Jordan Dumont, father George Beeson, sister Shannon Settee, wife Dawn Hocaluk, grandmother Bernice, uncles Allen (Charlene), Lawrence Jr., Jason, Johnny, and Peter; aunts Marie, Debbie, and Yvonne, and his special auntie Justine Scramstead; as well as his numerous cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at the Private Tom Chief Memorial Hall (PTCMH) in Brokenhead Ojibway Nation. A viewing will be held prior to the service.
