Bonnar Scott Obituary

Bonnar R. Scott

It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Captain Bonnar R. Scott, he passed peacefully at his residence in Stonewall, MB on January 22, 2020 at the age of 72 years.

He was predeceased by his parents George and Opal Scott. Survived by his sons Paul (Amanda) and Michael (Jessie); sister Eleanor (Waldy); partner Susan; granddaughter Shaylee; nephew Todd (Kyla); niece Erin and other extended family.

Bonnar started his life in Dauphin, MB, and his life and work took him many places here and abroad. He began his working career in the electrical industry but that was short lived. For the majority of his career he was a commercial pilot. In his spare time, he was surrounded by friends and family, be it entertaining in the kitchen, sitting around a campfire during hunting season or at a cabin on a fishing trip. He will be missed by all of his family and many friends.

There will be a celebration of life held at his son Michael's in Lake Francis, MB at a later date. For more information or if you have a story to share please email captbscott@gmail.com.
