Bradley Scott Taylor

The family wishes to share their heartbreaking news on the passing of Bradley Scott Taylor on October 17, 2025.

Bradley, or Scott as many knew him, was born on September 26, 1965, and recently celebrated his 60th birthday. His big bright smile and warm, gentle spirit touched the lives of many.

Bradley grew up in Selkirk, Manitoba, where he attended the Lord Selkirk School Division. He was a true sports enthusiast and played numerous sports, including hockey for the Fisherman, Chiefs, and Hawks. Throughout his life, Brad loved to read his cherished Bible, finding comfort and guidance within its pages.

He’s survived by his son Joseph (Andee), grandchildren, Sawyer (7), Drey (2),and baby Rylee (3 months); son Daniel (Destiny) and grandchildren Chanel (15) and Carmine (13); and twin daughters Maddie and Morgan; his siblings, Jack (Fran), Judy (Les), Lawson (Connie), Garth (Cindy), Gerry (Shirley), Mark (Patty), Jeffrey, and Darrell (Diane) will also miss him dearly.

Sadly, Bradley was predeceased by his parents, Edgar and Melvina Taylor, sister Susan Taylor, niece Jade Vinet and baby nephew Alan. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Throughout his life, Scott had a special place in his heart for dogs. His love for dogs will be remembered alongside his legacy of kindness and heartfelt connections.

Bradley’s best friend, Lesley, will miss him terribly. They had so many wonderful memories together, like their scenic car rides, time spent in nature, and watching eagles soar along the river. Selkirk Park was their favourite spot to park, crack a cold one, light a smoke, relax, and laugh together.

In keeping with Bradley’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, Manitoba

Bradley’s legacy of love and cherished memories will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
