Colleen Andrea Brooks (nee Anderson)

November 9, 1963 – April 15, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Colleen Andrea Brooks.

Colleen was born and raised in Selkirk, Manitoba. She leaves to mourn her son Joshua (Hayley); daughter Kelsey; granddaughter Aurora; sisters Audrey Wilgosh (John) and Erin Blahitka; aunts, uncles, cousins nieces and nephews.

Colleen was predeceased by her parents Brian and Dorothy Anderson; son Kyle Brooks and brother-in-law David Blahitka.

Colleen had a heart of gold, a wonderful sense of humour and a strong faith. She worked at Anderson Agencies, One Insurance and Walmart. Colleen loved music, animals, laughing, Gondola Pizza and angels.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Colleen’s name to a Pet Rescue, Suicide Prevention or to a Mental Health organization.
