Diane Christine Logan

Nov. 29, 1961 – Jan. 4, 2022

Peacefully on Monday, January 4th, 2022 at Deer Lodge Center with her loving daughter Megan and sister Jennifer by her side, Diane left this world to join her loved ones who have passed on before her.

She is survived by her mother Valdina, daughter Megan (Ambrose), grandchildren Kobe, Kaylyn, Anthony and Amaya, siblings Sonny (Cindy), Jennifer (Ron) and Hans ( Kelly). She will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and lots of friends who will miss her dearly. 

Diane had the biggest heart and kindest soul so it is no wonder that she devoted her working life to Community Living in Selkirk, MB since 1989. The individuals she supported were like a second family to her whom she loved dearly and she made many, many more special friendships and even more memories with her coworkers who adored her dearly. She took great pride in her job and would still be there working today if she could.

She spent her last 5 years living at Deer Lodge Center which she made her home and again made many new friends. Diane was such a social easygoing, outgoing lady which it was why it was so easy for her to make friends, people would just gravitate to her. She enjoyed playing cards and dice, games on her phone, scrabble, yahtzee, going to bingo and making crafts. And most of all family time with her daughter and her 4 grandchildren.

A huge heart filled thanks to all the staff on the 5th floor of Deer Lodge Center who looked after Diane with such loving care. To the many nurses, hca's, her physio team, her doctors and everyone else from the bottom of our hearts we thank you. Mom always said she had a good bunch there.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in the spring/summer.
