Elizabeth (Betty) Mary Finnson

It is with great sadness that we are announcing the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) Finnson on November 26, 2019 at the age of 84 years.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Gus Finnson. Betty will lovingly be remembered and missed dearly by her daughter Carla (Benedikt); granddaughter Jordyn; grandson Nathan; brother Bob (Ilien); sister-in-law Sigurbjorg; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to sincerely thank Doctor Chan, all nurses, health care aids and cleaning staff at the Gimli Community Health Centre for all the support and care that they provided.

There will be no service held at this time, but a celebration of life will be held in the spring for Betty and her husband Gus. Date to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gimli Community Health Centre on behalf of Cancer Care Program.
