Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of (Curtis) Floyd Hendrickson, after a short illness.
He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: Carlio, Randy, William, Franklyn and Angel, nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Delores (Dennett) and Carl Sr. of Grand Marais, brothers Harold, Calvin and Timothy; and sister in-law Karen Walski.
He will be cremated as per his wishes, and a Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, Mb.
Floyd grew up and went to school in Selkirk. He moved to Grand Marais as a young adult and commercial fished with his father and brothers for many years where me made numerous friends with his happy go lucky attitude and his kindness and his love and extensive humor.
He will be missed by many.
