Helen Marie Want

Helen died peacefully on October 9, 2019 at Red River Place Nursing Home in Selkirk, Mb.

She was born April 11, 1931 in Selkirk to Charlie and May Cyr. Helen lived in Selkirk for most of her life until she moved to Petersfield in her later years. She loved curling, Knoxettes church group, and coffee parties with her Dorchester Avenue friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Jim and leaves behind three sons Jim (Monica), Bob (Michelle) and Tom (Wanda) as well as nine grandchildren Chris (Chantal), Laura, Daniel, Sara, Luke, Nathan, Derek, Adam and Brandan (Lynsey).

She will always be remembered for her kind heart.

Cremation has been performed and there will be no service as per her wishes.
