JAMES WALES
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of James Wales on October 2nd, 2020.
Born in Victoria, BC and raised in Winnipeg, Jim married Lois, the love of his life in 1984 and celebrated 36 years of marriage on September 1st. In 2009, Jim retired after selling his business in Selkirk and enjoyed many days on the golf course, woodworking projects around the house and spending time with his family.
Jim is survived by his wife Lois (nee Brooks); his daughters Elisa, Colleen and Shannon; grandchildren Jeremy and Faith; his brother David; sister Susan Ward (Bill); sister-in-law Lynette Baraniuk (Greg) and brothers-in-law, Lindsay Brooks (Elaine) and John Bodner as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents Isabella and John; his brother Jack; sisters Judith Bodner, Patricia and husband Wilf Cutting and his father and mother-in-law Harry and Jean Brooks of Hamiota.
