Also, to mourn his passing are his brothers and sisters Rose, Robert (Barbara), Paula (Bryan) and Paul (Deb); sister-in-law Edie Lipson; grandchildren Dalton and Riley; niece Dawn Hofstad; nephew Chad Hofstad and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jerry ‘s predeceased family are his wife Diane; brother-in-law Marcel; mom Viola and his sister Carol.

Jerry and Diane started their family in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Winnipeg in 1981. He continued his welding career of 40+ years then moved back to the States for a bit.

After saving for years, they eventually purchased a cabin in Grand Beach. Then it became a house full of memories to come with lifelong friendships. Jerry loved to go for walks and help his friends with their cabins. Even though he was a stubborn man, he loved everyone in his own way.

A private service will be held for family.
