We the family of Jimmy Gordon Keeper announce his sudden passing on Monday, August 12th, 2019. Jimmy was born in Winnipeg, MB on November 23rd, 1991 and was raised in Brokenhead Ojibway Nation.

Jimmy Spent his younger years ice skating, doing Gymnastics and being a member of the Navy Cadets. Jimmy was a kind, loving, energetic, passionate two-spirited young man. Whether it was rain or snow Jimmy loved being outdoors, this continued well into his young adult life. Jimmy was always there for everyone no matter what it was. He was the life of the party and always came dressed to impress. Often times along the side of him were his dogs. Jimmy loved all animals but his dogs were his babies. Jimmy was lucky enough to have two families who loved him and will dearly miss him.

Jimmy is survived by his parents Lorrayne and Rico, twin sister Tracey (Jason), sister Melissa (Ray), sister Jaclyn (Jodie), brothers; Keno and Skyler, His dear friend Jeff; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Also survived by his birth parents Theresa and Jimmy Keeper Senior, sisters Debbie, Jamie, Jenny, Denise and Amy, His brothers James, Vince and Justin.

Jimmy was predeceased by his papa Frank Kegl and his life long friend Daisy.

A Funeral will be held on Friday, August 16th, 2019, 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, MB.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Klinic Community Health Centre’s Suicide Prevention Program. Donations can be made online at Klinic.mb.ca, in person or by mail to 870 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg MB.
