Joseph (Joe) Kolbuch Obituary

JOSEPH JOHN KOLBUCH

On Sunday, May 15, 2022 heaven gained our sweet dad, poppa, brother, uncle and friend at the age of 84.

Joe is survived by his loving daughters, Karen (Darrell) Penner and Debra (Eric) Leach; grandchildren Brandon, Adam, Ceara, Duane Penner, Megan and Sean Leach; brother Ray (Bernice) Kolbuch, sister-in-law Fran (Dennis) Danko, sister-in-law, Conny Kancylarski, brother-in-law, Stan Chaye along with numerous nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his beautiful wife, Ivy, son Duane and brother, Bill Kolbuch.

Dad was one of a kind who didn’t know a stranger and had a heart of gold. His generosity of giving was who he was, never hesitating to lend a hand to help family or friends.  For all who had the good fortune of knowing him he was a blessing and honorable man. Dad worked for many years at The Hudson’s Bay Company and retired from Manitoba Highways where he made many friendships.  Dad’s devotion to Mom and us kids was limitless.

Rest easy now Dad, you are finally with Mom and Duane. May everlasting love, joy and peace be yours as you so richly deserve it. Until we all meet again in heaven.
