Kenneth Maurice Aime
October 23, 1949 - April 25, 2020


Ken was Born in Selkirk Manitoba and grew up on a dairy farm there.   He was the son of Maurice and Edith Aime  After finishing the Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School,  Ken spent 4 years in Bricketwood England attending Ambassador college.  During that time he spent one summer in Israel working on an archeological dig.  After returning to Manitoba he worked for Dashwood windows, Ste. Rose lumber, and Marchinski Lumber before starting his own business designing and building cattle oilers.

Ken was a member of the United Church of God, and he was known for his love of people.  He always had time to sit with someone and listen, encourage, and lift them up.  his energy and enthusiasm for life were his trademark.

Ken was suffering from congestive heart failure with decreased health for several years and when pneumonia set in his heart couldn't keep up and he passed away on Saturday April 25th , 2020 at the Selkirk regional Health Centre

Ken was predeceased by his parents, Maurice(1992), Edith (2009), and his brother Albert (2013). He is survived by his wife Betty, 3 children, Sonya Aime, Kabe Aime (Chantelle), and Teresa Aime,  Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.  There are also 4 stepchildren, and 6 step grandchildren.  He is also survived by his brother Doug Aime (Alice).

Cremation has taken place, and no funeral is planned at this time due to social distancing.
