Peacefully at the Seven Oaks Hospital, on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, Lawrence (Chief) Lecoy, aged 80 years of Selkirk, MB, beloved husband of Jean, passed away.
  He leaves to mourn his wife of 60 years Jean; two sons Ray (Sharon) and Dave; two daughters Gail (Paul) and Karen (Bob); one daughter-in-law Jane; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; nieces, nephews and cousins.
  He was predeceased by his parents Xavier and Melenie Lecoy; his 3 sons Leonard, Charles and Earl; daughter Sharon (Chick) and grandson Alex.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk.
