Mary Jean Peden

Mary Jean Peden, aged 94, of Selkirk, Manitoba, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2026

Mary Jean was born in June 1931 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. She married her beloved husband, Fred, on June 26, 1954, and together they shared many years of love and devotion.

Mary will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and the love she shared with her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her eldest son, David, and is survived by her loving husband, Fred; daughter, Janice; son, Darrell; sister, Effie; granddaughter, Megan (Matt); and great-grandchildren, Dominic and Isabella.

Mary Jean will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A service will be held at a later date.
