Lawrence Melvin Loutit

October 22, 1942- April 2, 2025

With great sadness the family of Melvin (Bud) Loutit announces his passing at the St. Boniface Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Lockport.

Melvin was predeceased by his son Glen, his wife Nancy, brother Carl, sister Evelyn and brother-in-law Rick. He is survived by his sisters Lorraine and Karen, nephews Chris (Melissa), Scott (Shauna),Patrick and niece Kerry (Johan), great niece Paige, great nephews Mason, Arlo and Ronan. Lastly, his faithful dog and companion Mya.

Melvin also enjoyed many years of hunting with his two good friends Terry and David.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk
