Micheal Laramee (Folster) ~ Standing in the Rain Man
It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic loss of Micheal Steven William Laramee (Folster), Standing in the Rain Man on January 5th, 2025.
He is survived by his daughter Emilia; wife Jamee; mother Naomi Folster; father Wayne Laramee; grandfather Stewart Folster (Terry); Myra and William Laramee; brothers Erin Laramee and Jonah Folster; brother-in-law Daniel Buckley (Alyssa); aunties Lisa (Kevin), Stacey (Claudia) and Andrea (Jae); uncles Christopher, Jeffery and Steven, nieces Helena, Lila and Ileana; nephews Brandon, Nicholas, Nathanial, Chance and Jared; cousins Tessa (Jeremy) and Lana as well as numerous other cousins, great aunts and uncles and friends.
He was a devoted father to his daughter Emilia who was the light of his life. She was his greatest gift and he cherished her every day. He was always known for being helpful. He would give his shirt off his back if he needed to. He was a hard worker, he loved working with his brother-in-law Daniel and his nephew Brandon, joking around and laughing. He was known for always poking fun and teasing his family and friends. He was protective of his family and close friends. He loved his phone, cigarettes and his Pepsi. You could always find him smoking and on his phone reading his anime or watching his favorite Youtuber Mr. Fruit. He was a gentle, loving soul, he was respectful and loving, he was always someone you could count on and turn to for help.
He love with all his heart and all that knew him felt it. He was an amazing man and left his imprint on everyone’s hearts and in their lives.
Wake will begin Wednesday January 22 at 3:00 p.m. in the Private Tom Chief Hall, Scanterbury, MB.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24 at 1:00 p.m. in the Private Tom Chief Hall, Scanterbury, MB.
Pallbearers are Daniel Buckley, Brandon Buckley, Jonah Folster, Stacey Ross, Jeffrey Folster and Dan Buckley.
