Moira Constance Pommer
March 12, 1943 - May 26, 2022 

In the evening of Wednesday, May 26, 2022 Moira Constance Wallman Pommer passed away in her sleep after a lengthy battle with dementia. Married 59 years Moira had lost her husband, Lawrence in December 2013. She is lovingly remembered by her twin sister, Myrna; her three sons, Mitchell, Glen, and Christian and their families. 
Moira was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She and Lawrence had moved back home to Manitoba two dozen years ago to enjoy their retirement living on the shore of Lake Winnipeg. Moira’s final years were spent in the comfort of Red River Place as she had always intended, as did her mother before her less than two decades prior. 
The family would like to thank the staff at Red River Place for all their compassion and care over the years. 
A Memorial Service will be held at Gilbart Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Selkirk, Manitoba. Those who knew and loved Moira & Lawrence are invited to attend the Service.
