Norma Allyson Onofreychuk

December 16, 1958 - June 12, 2022

  On Sunday June 12, 2022 at the Gimli Community Health Centre, Norma Allyson Onofreychuk, aged 63 years, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. She passed peacefully with her family by her side.

  Norma is survived by Greg, her loving husband of 44 years; daughter Susan (Brian); son David; son Jeffery; granddaughters Charlotte and Daphne; sisters Karen, Janice (Scott); brother Craig; brother-in-law Ron (Linda); brother-in-law Bruce. She was predeceased by her parents James and Mae Comack; in-laws Ross and Edith Onofreychuk; sister-in-law Thea Comack; sister-in-law Kay Onofreychuk.

  Norma will be fondly remembered by family and friends and those who were fortunate to have been part of her life.

  She was well known and respected for her love of animals, cooking, gardening, crafting and driving or riding fast motorized vehicles. Her life was truly focused on her love for her granddaughters.

  Everyone always knew she was doing something special for her family and friends.

  Per her wishes cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later date.
