Peter Kristjan Gudmundur Bell

June 5, 1937 – February 23, 2021

It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Peter surrounded by his family. He was an amazing husband, father, Afi, Papa, brother and friend to many.

Peter is lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years Louella; his children Bob (Deb), Angie (Chris) and Helgi; daughter-in-law Angela (Grant); grandchildren Josh, Jordon, Lucas, Taylor and Riley; great grandchildren Owen, Aubrey and Harper; brother Billy and Louella’s brothers and sisters.

Peter was predeceased by his parents Lovisa and Ernest; brothers Hannes, Olie, Kristan, Jon, Victor and Eggert; sisters Sigga, Helga, Margaret and Gwen.

Peter was born in Hecla, his early years were spent fishing (north on the lake). Peter had many jobs throughout his years, retiring from maintenance at Tudor House Personal Care Home. Peter had a great love for music and family. Peter had a wild sense of humor that always kept us laughing. He had one of the biggest hearts the world had to offer.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
