Rhonda Gail Riddell (nee Taylor)

August 30, 1964 – July 02, 2026

 

Rhonda passed away peacefully, with family by her side. 

She is survived by her loving husband, Ron of 40 years.  Their sons, Kenny (Janelle), Trevor (Jenna), grandchildren, Owen, Cole, Adam, Camryn and Anders. Her mom, Elsie Taylor, sisters Barb Emery and Brenda Pike (Rick), brother-in-law Denis LaPlante, nephews Jonathan, Darryl, John Ross, Tim, Shawn and their families.
Rhonda is predeceased by her dad, Bud Taylor, sister Bev LaPlante, brother-in-law’s Wayne Pike and Aime Emery. 

Rhonda was raised in Netley, MB.  She went to school in Clandeboye, and Selkirk, MB.  After graduation, Rhonda went to hair dressing school in Winnipeg.  Rhonda met Ron in November 1983, married on July 20, 1985, and she moved to Thompson, MB.

We would like to thank all the hospital staff at the Selkirk Regional Health Centre, medical and surgical ward, for their care and compassion gifted to Rhonda and her family. Special thanks to Janelle, Nicole and Paul.

Service to be held July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Gilbart Funeral Home, 309 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB.

In lieu of flowers, donation’s can be made to a charity of your choice in Rhonda’s memory.
