It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Tristan Frost of Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 3, 2023. Left behind to mourn are her parents Jade and Geoffrey Frost, her siblings Lane, Liberty, Sir Charles, and baby George, and her Nana, Dairdrie Frost. She is predeceased by her Grandpa Charlie, her Granny Darlene Clarke and Grandpa Ernie Easter.

Tristan’s presence will be missed by her aunties and uncles Wayne Clarke, Audrey Frost, Dairdrie Ludwick, Gary (Connie), Trevor Easter, Terri Chief (Ronnie), Crystal Easter, Eileen Easter, Courtney Bear (Bucky), and Shane, Jesse and Terrill Easter. She will also be missed by her brother-in-law Mark, her nephews Noah and Nathaniel, her childhood best friends Sherri Houle, Samantha Stickles, Joelyne Kolomyja, and Renee Anderson, and close family friends James Picard, and Andreuha Myronenko, along with numerous cousins and relatives who greatly loved her.

There are many people on the other side who will rejoice with Tristan's arrival. Those special loved ones are Joseph Grant, CJ Mowat, her cousins Cale and Andrew, her auntie Valdez Easter-Mercredi, her uncles Georgie, Gerald, and Glenny Frost, and Albert Easter.  

Tristan had a beautiful smile that could brighten up anyone's day. She radiated beauty that was noticed by everyone around her. She had a love of learning, and studied with her mama at the University of Winnipeg where she pursued a Bachelor of Education, as she aspired to be a teacher. She worked with inner-city children while working with the City of Winnipeg.  As a child Tristan loved singing, camping, swimming and arts and crafts. She was very creative, and she loved making gifts for all those that she really appreciated.  She took part in many extracurricular activities while in school. She spent every holiday with the Frosts. Tristan loved to skate with the kids she worked with and tend to the garden with them. She was amazed with Mother Nature's beauty. 

The pallbearers are Glen Easter, Terrill Easter, Ronnie Chief, Sidney Easter, Tyler Easter and James Allery. The honorary pallbearers are Chelsey Easter, Dione Easter, Sherri Houle, Renee Anderson, Samantha Stickles and Joelyne Kolomyja.

A celebration of life will be held in Tristan's honor at Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, Manitoba at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023. The interment will take place at Little Britain Cemetery and a luncheon will follow at Gilbart Reception Centre.  All friends and family are welcome to attend.
