Victor William Harper

Peacefully on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the age of 92 years, Victor passed away at the Health Sciences Centre with Ellenor and Fern by his side.

Remembering him with love are his wife Ellenor; children Gil (Debra), Todd (Susan), Janice (Keith) and Allan (Jodie); grandchildren Alexis (Jenn), Jessica, Meagan (Robin), Patrick (Becky), Jordan (Ashleigh) and his great-granddaughter Harper.

Victor worked for Sears at Polo Park for many years. After retiring he made many things for his grandchildren. He enjoyed golfing and then moved from Winnipeg Back to Matlock. Summer was busy with yard work, driving tractor, cutting grass, trimming trees so they wouldn’t cut his skin when he went under them.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB.
