William (Bill) Frederick Epps
August 8, 1955 – February 17, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our father, G.P., brother, uncle and friend, Bill Epps at the St. Boniface Hospital.
Bill will be sadly missed, but most of all by his daughter Randi; his grandchildren Abrielle, Isaiah and Maddox; brother Stan (Joy); sister Marce (Rick); many nieces, nephews and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Stan and Betty Epps and granddaughter Arianna.
Bill was born and raised in Selkirk, Manitoba where he spent his life and was employed at Gerdau, where he enjoyed his position as a diesel operator until his retirement in 2017.
He liked hunting and fishing in his early years. Later on he would enjoy trips to Mexico with his friends. He also took great pleasure in spending time with his grandkids.
Family members would like to thank the ER staff at Selkirk Regional Health Centre. Especially Dr. Elzette Steyn, STARS, Selkirk Paramedics and St. Boniface Hospital Cardiology department for your exceptional care.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. in the Knox Presbyterian Church, 341 Eveline St. Selkirk, MB.
Honorary pallbearers are Rick Freeman, Matt Freeman, Ralph Fenuik, Greg Bannish, Glen MacDonald and Darrin Laity.
